Job summary

Warwick Hotel is seeking a Beverage Manager to lead our beverage program across all outlets, including bars, restaurants, banquets, and events. You will direct purchasing, inventory, cost controls, menu development, and staff training to ensure guest satisfaction and profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, beverage expertise, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in service quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of progressive Food & Beverage management experience with beverage focus.
  • Extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, beer, cocktails and trends.
  • Experience with purchasing, cost controls and vendor relations.
  • Strong leadership, coaching and team development abilities.
  • Excellent organization, communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily beverage operations for all hotel outlets.
  • Develop and manage wine, spirits, beer, cocktail, mocktail programs.
  • Create seasonal menus and specialty cocktails aligned with brand standards.
  • Monitor costs, inventory, and profitability; manage vendor relations.
  • Train staff on beverage knowledge, service standards, and upselling.
