Job summary

Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking an Assistant Beverage Director to help lead beverage programs across our establishments. You will work with the Beverage Director to curate menus, train staff, and manage inventory while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This role requires strong leadership, extensive high-volume beverage management experience, and a focus on safety, quality, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming license and ABLE license.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in high volume beverage management.
• Strong knowledge of beverage products, preparation techniques, and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing beverage strategies to enhance guest experience and drive revenue.
• Collaborate with Beverage Director to curate beverage menus and trends.
• Train, mentor, and motivate beverage staff to maintain service standards.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control to minimize waste and optimize stock.
