You will develop talent, monitor processes for GMP compliance, and drive continuous improvement with QA, maintenance, and supply chain partners. Salary ranges from $75,000 to $85,000, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals.
• Supervise, coach, and develop team members through training and performance management.
• Monitor production processes and ensure GMPs, safety standards, and company policies.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Partner cross-functionally with QA, maintenance, and supply chain teams to support operations.
