Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field.
• 3+ years of sanitation experience in food/beverage manufacturing.
• Strong communication across organization.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant sanitation activities including cleaning of equipment, machinery, and facility areas.
• Develop, implement, and maintain sanitation procedures, tracking systems, and validation processes.
• Train and coach team members on sanitation standards, safety protocols, and proper cleaning techniques.
• Monitor GMPs, housekeeping, and sanitation compliance across the facility.
• Manage sanitation supplies and chemicals, coordinating sanitation with cross-functional teams.
