Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Alsip, IL, seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor to ensure equipment readiness and safe conditions while overseeing production quality and process improvements. You will staff, train, and develop the team, monitor labor and OPEX budgets, and perform routine production checks.

BS degree with 2–4 years of related experience or a strong HS background with leadership exposure is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2–4 years of related experience and 0–1 years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5–7+ years of specific experience and 2–3+ years of leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Ensure equipment is in working order and working conditions are safe at all times.
• Manage overall package and product quality, ensuring standards and specifications are maintained.
• Responsible for the production process, making periodic checks and adjusting equipment or work practices.
• Staffing, training, and developing team members; adhere to labor and OPEX budgets.
• Other duties as assigned.
