Scope

Overall responsibility to ensure the safety, quality, and efficiency of the Beverage line.

Primary Purpose

To oversee the Beverage Production Department, coach and discipline staff, and ensure all processes follow safety and quality standards.

Principal Roles and Responsibilities

• Schedule staff for beverage line operations.
• Maintain inventory and work order accuracy.
• Provide proper training to associates.
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in the department.
• Complete DPR paperwork.
• Stage and pick materials for jobs.
• Complete preoperational checks.
• Follow and enforce safe food guidelines.
• Maintain an organized and hazard-free work environment.
• Ensure proper maintenance and storage of equipment.

Job Specifications

Required education and experience:

• Basic math skills.
• On-the-job training for inventory management and batch card systems.

Industry Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Manufacturing experience.
• Understanding of 5S principles.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of powered cleaning equipment.
