Refresco is a leading beverage bottler with operations in Greendale, IN. We are seeking a warehouse associate to support fast-paced production and ensure quality and safety at every step.

You will follow GMPs, operate forklifts, and collaborate across teams to meet schedules and minimize downtime. This on-site role offers steady hours, overtime as needed, and opportunities to grow within a global company.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience in high-speed beverage production.
• Ability to read gauges, thermometers and weight measurements.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Basic math skills.
• Training in WHMIS, HACCP, Hygiene preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and wear PPE in warehouse/production areas.
• Follow production schedules and communicate deviations.
• Maintain production flow by supplying raw materials and minor servicing.
• Record downtime and production data accurately.
• Perform equipment changeovers and read imperial/metric measurements.
• Conduct sanitation and support cross-training and inventory.
• Collaborate with departments to improve quality and reduce waste.
• Operate forklift and other equipment safely.
