Job summary

CS Group is seeking a hardworking, safety-minded candidate to join our production team in Hazelwood, MO. The role involves batch and mix operations, equipment setup and monitoring, and accurate filling and labeling of orders. You will support GMP-compliant routines and communicate any quality issues to QC.

Training will be provided to learn the processes. The position is full-time with a 40-hour workweek, offering benefits and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Has a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Has reliable transportation.
• Has great attendance and is a team player.

Responsibilities

• Batch, blend, and operate mixing equipment.
• Set up, monitor, and adjust filler, bander, tape machine, and other filling equipment for safety and quality.
• Follow SOPs as required by job assignments.
• Accurately fill, pack, and label orders per work order specs.
• Ensure cleanliness and readiness of equipment and work area per GMP standards.
• Communicate item damage or off-spec conditions to QC.
• Perform daily tasks to meet production deadlines safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
