Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Machine Operator to run production lines, monitor quality, and ensure efficient, cost-effective output. You will follow SOPs, read schedules, and maintain accurate records.

The role requires attention to detail, safety compliance, and collaboration with teams to meet targets. Shift is Sunday–Tuesday, 4:00am–4:00pm, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Certification or equivalent.
• 1-3 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Formal training in WHMIS, HACCP, Hygiene preferred.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Read and follow a production schedule and communicate deviations.
• Maintain production flow and feed raw materials to equipment.
• Perform equipment changeovers and read imperial/metric measurements.
• Record downtime and production quality data accurately.
• Perform equipment maintenance and sanitation as assigned.
• Collaborate with departments to improve quality and reduce waste.
• Cross-train and assist in other duties as needed.
