Job summary

Jasper Products, LLC is seeking a seasoned operations leader to oversee high-volume beverage filling and packaging at a fast-paced plant. You will lead production supervisors, ensure safety, drive cost-effective production, and collaborate across Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain to meet plant objectives.

Responsibilities include prioritizing production, controlling labor and costs, and delivering strong KPIs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 to 8 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Supervisory or management experience.
• Certification and/or license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all filling and packaging operations to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
• Establish daily, weekly and monthly production priorities to maximize throughput and minimize downtime.
• Monitor performance and optimize labor, equipment, materials, and utilities.
• Coordinate activities with Processing, Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and Scheduling.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop supervisors and hourly staff.
• Lead safety initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Develop and monitor KPIs including OEE, throughput, waste, and quality metrics.
• Participate in budgeting, CAPEX planning, and cost control.
