Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 to 8 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably food and/or beverage manufacturing.
• Supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and accountability for all filling, packaging, and production operations.
• Lead production supervisors, operators, and support personnel toward operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Warehousing, Supply Chain, Scheduling, and HR.
• Establish daily to monthly production priorities to maximize throughput and minimize downtime.
• Monitor performance and optimize labor, equipment, materials, and utilities usage.
• Develop, monitor, and improve KPIs such as OEE, yield, waste, and safety metrics.
