Job summary

Harvest Hill Beverage Company is seeking a General Production Laborer to perform production duties, adhering to safety, GMP, and quality standards. The role involves maintaining clean work areas, assisting teammates, and ensuring packaging meets specifications.

You will operate equipment like a case erector and line dumper, complete required line documentation, and aim for steady line performance while escalating issues to the Production Supervisor as needed.

Qualifications

• Follow all safety, food safety, and GMP rules and regulations.
• Ensure food safety and quality of process and finished product.
• Maintain clean and organized work area through good housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and replace products/packaging not conforming to standards.
• Operate case erector, glue pots, and Line 6 case dumper.
• Complete line documentation and reports accurately and legibly.
• Meet and maintain acceptable line efficiency and production standards.
• Identify issues and communicate them promptly to the Production Supervisor.
• All other duties as assigned.
