Job summary

Harvest Hill Beverage Company in Verona, PA is seeking a General Production Laborer for our production lines. This full-time hourly role supports safety and quality across all manufacturing steps, with hands-on duties on the line.

You will follow GMPs, keep the area clean, assist teammates, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting. Shifts include A, B, and C, with a focus on meeting efficiency and production standards.

Qualifications

• Follow all safety, food safety, & GMP rules.
• Oversee and maintain food safety and quality of the process and finished product.
• Keep work area clean and organized by practicing good housekeeping in the immediate work area.
• Assist fellow employees on an as needed basis.
• Inspect, identify and replace product and packaging that is not conforming to standards.
• Ability to properly package product in boxes and on pallets.
• Must be able to operate a case erector, facility glue pots (reaching excess of 300F), and Line 6 case dumper.
• Complete all required line documentation and reports accurately, legibly and thoroughly.
• Meet and maintain acceptable line efficiency and production standards.
• Identify issues that he/she is not able to rectify and communicate them promptly to the Production Supervisor for assistance.
• All other duties as assigned.
