Job summary

Very Good Manufacturing is hiring for two shifts in Fort Worth, TX. The Shift Manager on the floor coordinates four lines, and we need reliable people to keep materials flowing, stage upcoming needs, and move finished product. No experience required, but you must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

A driver's license helps, and Spanish is a plus. This is a safety-sensitive role with PPE in designated areas.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and reliable for daily on-site shifts.
• Must be able to read and follow written procedures.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lb.
• Driver's license and basic safety awareness appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Keep the Shift Manager on the floor and supply lines with cans, caps, labels, tape, gloves, and parts.
• Move materials to lines before they run out and stage upcoming needs.
• Move finished products off lines, palletize, wrap, and stage for forklift.
• Turn around lines between products and adapt to changing runs.
• Report issues like crooked labels or safety concerns to supervision.
• Learn the line functions; goal is for you to run a line position in about a year.
