Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust beverage production equipment to ensure safe, efficient output.
• Follow SOPs and work instructions, rotating through stations to meet goals.
• Monitor line performance and communicate issues to maintenance or leadership.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to support improvements.
• Learn multiple lines and equipment to provide coverage where needed.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and quality standards on every task.
• Demonstrate reliability and teamwork with consistent shift attendance.
