Job summary

Very Good Manufacturing is hiring full-time forklift operators for first and second shifts on-site in Fort Worth, TX. You’ll keep lines fed, move materials, and ensure pallets and labels match as products vary for different runs.

Responsibilities include unloading, receiving, and shipping pallets, and handing off staged materials to the next shift. Safety and daily equipment inspections are required, with potential overtime and bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Real time on a forklift.
• You perform the pre-shift inspection every day.
• Reliable transportation with a plan for the morning when the car won’t start.
• You notice when a pallet doesn’t match its label and speak up.
• On your feet for the full shift and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Keep the lines supplied by moving materials from storage to the lines ahead of the run.
• Deliver the right material to the line as product changes require.
• Clear finished product from the lines, wrap, and store properly.
• Receive inbound shipments and ship outbound orders.
• Handover: stage materials for the next shift and brief the next operator.
• Inspect and care for equipment: forklifts, pallet jacks, stretch wrappers.
