Job summary

Heytea is seeking a Beverage R&D Manager to lead development and innovation of beverage products. You will apply food R&D expertise to enhance our offerings and drive end-to-end product development from ideation to commercialization.

The role requires strong analysis of ingredients, market trends, and competitive landscape, plus collaboration with marketing and production teams to ensure seamless execution. Travel between China and the United States will be expected.

Qualifications

• Background in food research and development with a focus on beverages.
• In-depth knowledge of food ingredients and their applications in beverage formulations.
• Familiarity with the American beverage consumption market and competitor analyses.
• Proven experience in developing and launching successful beverage products.
• Fluent in English and Chinese to communicate with international teams.
• Willingness to travel between China and the United States for business purposes.
• Strong project management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
