Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in culinary or related field is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Culinary, Culinary Science or Food Science preferred.
• 3-5 years' experience in culinary or product development role.
• Experience in QSR culinary development highly preferred.
• Strong passion for food and beverages with teamwork focus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage beverage product development from concept approvals to launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, Procurement and Quality Assurance.
• Develop product specifications and work with vendors on formulations.
• Lead taste tests and present recommendations to leadership.
• Coordinate with procurement to develop accurate formulas and raw material specs.
• Manage product lifecycle events and internal/external showcases.
