As a Beverage R&D Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and innovation of beverage products. Your primary focus will be on leveraging your expertise in food research and development to enhance our beverage offerings. Key responsibilities include:
Conducting in-depth analysis of food ingredients with a strong emphasis on understanding beverage formulations.
Exploring and comprehending the beverage consumption market in the United States, with a particular focus on local trends and preferences.
Performing competitive analysis to identify market trends, potential opportunities, and areas for product differentiation.
Leading the end-to-end process of beverage product development, from ideation to commercialization.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of R&D efforts with other departments, such as marketing and production.
Spearheading product innovation initiatives to enhance our beverage portfolio and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
A background in food research and development, with a focus on beverages.
In-depth knowledge of food ingredients and their applications in beverage formulations.
Familiarity with the American beverage consumption market, coupled with the ability to conduct effective competitor analyses.
Proven experience in developing and launching successful beverage products.
Proficiency in both English and Chinese, enabling effective communication with international teams.
Willingness to travel between China and the United States for business purposes.
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams.
