Responsibilities

• Batches cocktails to be used throughout the week
• Prepares list of products to order when shortages are noticed
• Takes inventory of cocktail stock and maintains par levels before service
• Prepares syrups, garnishes, juices, and other ingredients for the beverage program
• Cleans up after preparing cocktail ingredients
• Keeps a technique-driven, culinary-influenced beverage program ahead of standard prep chef roles
