Qualifications

• Experience in a prep position at a full-service restaurant is a plus.
• Precision and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• English fluency is required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consistently support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality.
• Display a working knowledge of basic bar preparation and organize all ingredients for daily bar operations.
• Demonstrate the ability to efficiently execute all prep assignments with excellence.
• Maintain a clean and organized prep station.

• Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support team objectives.
