Job summary

Sunny Sky Products, LLC is seeking a Plant Manager in Florida to lead safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives across a multi-shift operation. You will own the site operating system, drive daily management, and cultivate a strong safety culture from the floor.

You will oversee SQF/BRC/FSSC compliance, CAPA management, Lean-based continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with planning, supply chain, quality, maintenance, and R&D.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Food Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of food/beverage operations leadership, including leading supervisors in a multi-shift plant.
• Proven safety leadership: LOTO, confined space, mobile equipment, and layered audit systems.
• Hands-on leadership of an SQF, BRC, or FSSC 22000 program, including certification audits and CAPA management.
• Proven results with Lean/Six Sigma, daily management, and tiered accountability, sustained over time.
• P&L or cost-center responsibility, including budget preparation.
• Track record of coaching and developing front-line leaders.
• SAP or other ERP/MRP experience.
• Strong communication at all levels; sound judgment and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives across a multi-shift plant.
• Own the site operating system and drive daily management from the floor.
• Oversee SQF/BRC/FSSC compliance, CAPA and audit readiness.
• Lead Lean-based improvements and cross-functional CI initiatives.
• Own plant P&L, budgets, labor, maintenance, utilities, and overhead.
• Set expectations, manage performance, and drive accountability across shifts.
• Develop supervisors and leaders through coaching and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with planning, supply chain, quality, maintenance, HR, suppliers, and R&D.
