Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish communication required.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, lubrication, and adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production machinery, conveyors, and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and related equipment issues.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimize downtime and support production goals.
• Repair or replace motors, pumps, bearings, belts, chains, gearboxes, and other components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and equipment drawings.
• Follow OSHA safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and food safety requirements.
