Job summary

Novelis Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Network Planner for Beverage & Packaging within its supply chain. You will develop production plans to meet service levels, optimize delivery costs, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve forecast planning and process efficiency.

The role requires a university degree in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering, solid analytical skills, and experience with SAP and digitization tools.

Qualifications

• University degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or Industrial Engineering.
• Initial experience in Supply Chain and/or Operations management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex problems.
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication.
• Open-minded, solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English and German; French a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP modules (PDPS, APO DP) and ERP integrations; familiarity with digitalization projects.
• Experience with digitization, robotic automation (RPA), visualization tools (PowerBI/Tableau) and coding (Python/C++) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop production plans to meet service levels for customers.
• Contribute to process improvements and optimization projects.
• Maintain replenishment strategy at defined stock levels via statistical analysis.
• Optimize service delivery at minimal cost and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Coordinate metal flow across the supply chain network considering capacity, inventory and cost.
• Develop and operate scenario-modeling tools to determine supply chain results.
