Job summary

Blue Point is seeking Packaging Operators to run high-speed beverage packaging lines in a fast-paced production environment in Patchogue, NY. This entry-level role focuses on operating fillers, packers, labelers, and depalletizers, with daily quality checks and strict safety adherence.

Schedule includes day training, with a 2nd shift later and potential overtime; night differential of 6% for 10PM–6AM. Candidates should be self-directed, reliable, and comfortable with hand-tools.

Qualifications

• High school GED or higher is required.
• Experience in food/beverage manufacturing preferred.
• Passion for craft beer and teamwork-oriented mindset.
• Self-directed with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed beverage packaging equipment (fillers, packers, labelers, depalletizers, palletizers).
• Perform quality checks during production runs.
• Do basic cleaning and sanitation in the department.
• Handle raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Record downtime and machine operations per SOPs.
