Job summary

DreamPak in New Berlin, WI is recruiting a 2nd Shift Packaging Operator to support our liquid food and beverage innovations. The role runs 2:15 PM to 10:45 PM, Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays.

You will set up and adjust machines, clean per SOPs, monitor production, and help maintain SQF compliance. We offer a competitive hourly wage, comprehensive benefits, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holiday pay, with opportunities for growth in a technology-driven manufacturing

Qualifications

Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
Ability to multi-task and collaborate with team members across functional groups.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
A minimum of one-year experience in production operations, preferably in food and beverage manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Set up and adjust machines.
Perform daily and weekly cleaning according to SOPs.
Monitor equipment throughout production.
Load supplies into machines and replace molds and cutting surfaces; assist in multiple manufacturing processes.
Test and measure finished products and record activities and stages.
Acts as back up to other Operators and sanitation personnel to maintain SQF integrity.
Adhere to food safety, CGMPs, employee safety, quality standards, and customer specifications.
Report any food safety problems to qualified personnel.
Other duties as assigned.
