Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Beverage Supervisor to direct all activities of the beverage department across our hospitality operations in Irving. The role requires ensuring quality, service, and compliance with alcohol regulations while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You'll manage inventory, pricing, menu development, and staff training, coordinating with Purchasing and other teams to keep operations efficient and profitable.

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage operations preferred.
• Ability to work long hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must read and speak English.
• Strong customer-service orientation.
• Knowledge of beverage laws and regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities of the beverage department
• Conduct monthly inventory of alcoholic beverages
• Coordinate movement of beverages and equipment
• Provide operational and financial responsibility of beverage outlet
• Maintain high standards of quality, service and marketing to maximize profits
• Coordinate with Purchasing Manager regarding beverage orders
• Responsible for drink menu development
• Monitor beverage inventory and pricing
• Develop and institute beverage training to F&B team
• Train on state and local beverage laws and regulations
• Provide a safe environment for customers and employees
• Possess a drive to provide exceptional customer service
