Keurig Dr Pepper in Spartanburg, SC is recruiting a Production Technician III to lead a Mini Business Unit within the Coffee Processing area. You will operate highly automated packaging and processing equipment, mentor technicians, and drive safety, quality and cost improvements.
This hands-on role requires TPM/Kaizen experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work with Maintenance, Quality and leadership to raise performance.

As a Production Technician III, you will lead the performance of a Mini Business Unit (MBU) within the Spartanburg Site. This hands–on role combines technical expertise, team leadership, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
You will operate and monitor highly automated packaging and processing equipment, troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues, and drive improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and cost. You will also train and mentor technicians, support TPM practices, and partner with Maintenance, Quality, and site leadership to resolve issues and improve performance.
This role will support our Coffee Processing area of Production.
