Job summary

WarHorse Gaming in Lincoln, NE seeks a Beverage Shift Supervisor to oversee beverage operations on swing and grave shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will train and coach beverage team members, manage scheduling, inventory, and promotions, ensure regulatory compliance and TIPS training, and maintain exceptional guest service in a fast-paced gaming environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• Three (3) years of food and beverage management experience.
• Minimum one (1) year of supervisory experience in a high‑volume gaming or hospitality beverage operation.
• Experience with budgeting, inventory controls, financial accountability, and operational reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead beverage operations during assigned shifts.
• Provide training, coaching, and scheduling for beverage team.
• Manage inventory and weekly/monthly ordering activities.
• Ensure compliant payments and POS operations.
• Maintain beverages quality and service standards.
• Support development of beverage promotions and revenue initiatives.
