The ideal candidate will possess a college degree, two years of management experience in the food and beverage industry, and excellent communication skills. This position requires the ability to handle various situations effectively and maintain a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two years direct management experience.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and speak English.
• Strong working knowledge in the food and beverage industry.
• Ability to maintain responsible alcohol service certification.

Responsibilities

• Administers the overall activities of the venue’s operation on assigned shift.
• Establishes and administers training programs within the assigned venues.
• Supervises staff on shift and ensures proper staffing levels.
• Maintains and instructs assigned personnel on safety policies and procedures.
