Job summary

Circa Las Vegas is seeking a Beverage Manager to lead all beverage operations with a focus on outstanding guest service and safe, compliant service across the property. You will forecast, plan and manage beverage orders, staff and finances to maximize sales and guest satisfaction.

The role requires 21+ and the ability to obtain work cards. On-site position at Fremont Street Experience; you’ll coach staff, control inventories and ensure service standards during all shifts, including events.

Qualifications

• English reading and speaking required to communicate with Guests and staff.
• Knowledge of Fremont Street Experience to assist Guests.
• Ability to supervise multiple properties.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain work cards.
• Compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, train and evaluate beverage staff and handle guest complaints.
• Oversee beverage operations and ensure service standards.
• Greet and welcome Guests professionally.
• Engage Guests professionally and manage escalated interactions.
• Work with beverage team and supervisors to coordinate service.
• Enforce responsible alcohol service standards and manage intoxicated guests.
• Lead team's performance during busy shifts and resolve conflicts.
• Order supplies and maintain beverage inventory.
• Coach and train Team Members, document actions.
• Investigate guest complaints related to Beverage.
