Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation in Cincinnati seeks a Beverage Supervisor to provide direct and general supervision of beverage staff, ensuring efficient operation of F&B venues. Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, training, evaluating, promoting teamwork, controlling costs, monitoring inventory, and coordinating with front and back of house.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience in a high volume restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and general supervision to Beverage staff to ensure effective operation of F&B outlets.
• Deliver guest service in line with the Boyd Gaming Way, staying friendly, polite, and responsive to guests and team members.
• Staff, schedule, evaluate, train, develop and monitor beverage team members.
