Job summary

  • Monitor operation of all beverage outlets for compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Review administrative duties of beverage managers for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor staffing levels and assist in adjustments according to business needs.
  • Assist Food & Beverage Director in budgeting and financial monitoring for the Beverage Department.
  • Handle personnel matters including interviewing, scheduling, training, coaching, evaluating and counseling.

Job Description
  • Monitor the operation of all beverage outlets to ensure compliance with company standards, policies and procedures, and all federal, state, and local liquor, health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and review the administrative duties performed by beverage managers and supervisors for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Monitor staffing levels of all Beverage outlets and assist supervisors in making adjustments according to business needs.
  • Assist the Food & Beverage Director in establishing budget goals and objectives and monitoring financial aspects of the Beverage Department.
  • Responsible for personnel-related matters including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, evaluating, promoting, counseling, and discharging.
  • Establish and monitor adherence to standards of service for each beverage outlet.
  • Represent the Beverage Department in labor matters, unemployment hearings, and other internal and external employee-related hearings as needed.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must have thorough knowledge of service standards, beverage products, preparations, and presentation.
  • Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Workday along with other software products preferred.
  • Job holder may be exposed to certain casino environmental factors including but not limited to noise and secondhand smoke.
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications. Complete required background requirements.
