Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Massachusetts is seeking a Beverage Department Manager to lead operations for our beverage programs across the property. You will hire, train and develop personnel while upholding the company's Code of Commitment and service standards.

You will manage budgets, cost analyses and promotions, ensuring regulatory compliance, quality service and guest satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years in food and beverage with 3 years in a managerial role.
• College degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong communication, supervisory and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of beverage service and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage beverage department budgets, P&L and cost analyses.
• Ensure compliance with policies and service standards.
• Develop action plans and communicate variances to the Director of F&B.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work environment for staff and guests.
• Provide coaching and leadership to team members and recognize performance.
