Job summary

Circa Las Vegas is seeking a Beverage Manager to oversee all beverage operations and to forecast, plan and manage orders, staff and finances to maximize sales and guest satisfaction. You will lead by example and ensure adherence to service standards while communicating effectively with Guests and Team Members.

The role requires coordinating with various departments, maintaining inventory, and coaching team members during peak periods. Employment is full-time, with shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and speak English and communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
• Knowledge of property and amenities and Fremont Street Experience.
• Ability to supervise multiple properties and work with all departments.
• Understand and comply with company, department and Gaming Control Board rules and procedures.
• Ability to multitask and work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, train and evaluate beverage staff and maintain service standards; interview and manage personnel.
• Oversee beverage operations and promote service standards across the property.
• Greet Guests in a professional manner and handle escalated interactions.
• Lead the team during busy shifts, resolve conflicts and ensure goals are met.
• Order liquor and non-alcoholic drinks and manage inventory.
• Coach and train staff; document actions and performance as needed.
• Investigate Guest complaints related to Beverage.
