Job summary

Golden Nugget Laughlin is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to monitor profitability of beverage outlets while upholding customer service standards. You will interact with department heads to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory records, and enforcing health and safety rules, coaching staff, and driving revenue through cost control and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of management experience in a high-volume hotel beverage department.
• Knowledge of beverage equipment and inventory control.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily beverage sales, par levels and costs; strive to exceed budgeted goals.
• Develop and modify marketing plans for beverage outlets with management approval.
• Reduce labor and other expenses while maintaining service quality.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and department standards.
• Schedule all positions and shifts; maintain payroll records.
• Maintain inventory records and event scheduling; supervise staff.
• Coach and motivate employees to deliver exceptional guest service.
