Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking a Beverage Department Supervisor in Kentucky. You will supervise staff, develop schedules, and manage beverage operations to meet guest satisfaction and budget goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least four years of supervisory beverage experience, with casino familiarity preferred. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential; flexibility to work varied shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and four years Beverage or equivalent experience.
• Prior gaming or casino experience preferred.
• Minimum of four years of supervisory experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Ability to write reports and present information to groups.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage staff in the Beverage department and drive goals and profit objectives.
• Create effective schedules while maintaining labor costs and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Establish and record beverage menus and inventories.
• Maintain beverage department policies to control costs while delivering quality service.
• Coordinate with other departments to align activities and resolve issues.
• Provide beverage support for special events and monitor product inventories.
