Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of operational experience in the hotel industry.
• Minimum of five years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field.
• Leadership skills to coach and mentor service teams.
• Knowledge of financial reporting and the ability to develop business-supporting strategies.
• Fluent English (read, write, and speak).
• Have or will acquire required food & beverage certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of beverage operations across all outlets and events.
• Develop beverage menus including wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic offerings with costing and positioning.
• Monitor operations for sales growth and guest satisfaction in a high-volume luxury hotel.
• Establish standardized beverage programs, SOPs, recipes, and service standards.
• Lead inventory, purchasing, and vendor management to optimize costs and quality.
• Drive staff development, accountability, and performance through coaching and mentoring.
