Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years microbiology experience or 6 years with HS diploma.
• Intermediate MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Lift up to 25 lbs.
• Travel up to 5% for onboarding, training, meetings, and events.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform microbiological analyses and interpret experimental data.
• Identify microorganisms and communicate findings to lab partners and internal customers.
• Work with PCR, spectroscopy, environmental sampling, and validation of microbial controls.
• Collaborate with winemaking, cellar, engineering and operations teams to address sanitation concerns.
• Support experiments to improve methodologies while ensuring quality and safety.
