Job summary

Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to support grocery stores by stocking shelves, building displays, and maintaining merchandising standards. You will work with the sales team to ensure correct rotation, shelf tags, and price visibility, while assisting with deliveries and promotions.

The role requires reliable transportation, a NYS driver's license, and the ability to work weekends and holidays, with comprehensive benefits and a competitive hourly range.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid NYS driver’s license with clean driving history.
• Able to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to get to work.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Store Manager/Grocery Manager/Receiver.
• Fill shelf space and maintain display levels.
• Maintain back room stock area and product rotation.
• Ensure shelf tags and price signs are visible.
• Follow shelf plan-o-gram across accounts.
• Report out of stocks and confirm orders.
• Merchandise portfolio displays and promotional items.
• Assist delivery driver with keg and case deliveries.
• Complete training on product portfolio.
• Review weekly ad sales sheet.
