Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in California is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to showcase our brands by building displays, stocking shelves, and managing product placement at customer sites. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required to visit accounts.

You'll develop beer, wine, and spirit knowledge, maintain POS materials, and support resets for remodels and seasonal changes. This role involves occasional weekend work, lifting 45–65 pounds, and traveling to multiple store

Qualifications

• 21 years or older to apply with a HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Top-shelf customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate professionalism and sound judgment.
• Able to work occasional weekends.
• Able to lift and carry 45-65 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts: stocking and rotating shelves.
• Build displays and manage POS materials; handle store resets for remodels or seasonal changes.
• Build strong rapport with key accounts and share feedback with the sales team.
• Identify brand opportunities and communicate out of stock or new items.
• Learn beer, wine, and/or spirit knowledge for brands and customers.
• Handle beverage alcohol responsibly and interact with the public.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
