Job summary

Ben E. Keith Company is seeking local merchandisers in the Denton County or Collin County area to support sales representatives by stocking and rotating beverage products in stores.

The role involves organizing back stock, maintaining displays, and ensuring product freshness. Starting at $19/hour, this position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate with minimal supervision while delivering a friendly, professional image.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write English (English literacy).
• Must be 18+ years old with HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Visit all assigned Ben E. Keith customer locations on a regular basis.
• Organize and refill back stock, coolers, beer shelves and displays.
• Count, fill, and condense back stock and retailer shelf inventory.
• Maintain product freshness standards in assigned retail accounts by monitoring and rotating stock regularly.
• Ensure maximum visibility of Ben E. Keith products at account (beer shelves, beer caves, displays, etc.).
• Maintain designated back stock area at customer location; keep area organized and trash-free.
• Check with supervisor daily for any special orders or needs.
• Project a friendly, professional image at all times.
• Prioritize multiple, competing priorities.
• Attend meetings as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
