Job summary

Ben E. Keith is seeking a Swing Sales Rep-Merchandiser in Houston to install and replace POS displays, build effective promotional setups, and maintain product visibility at assigned retail accounts. Keith brands on a regular basis. The position requires strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and a willingness to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Draught experience preferred.
• Able to learn and use handheld sales unit effectively.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Read/write English.
• Maintain professional image.

Responsibilities

• Install/replace permanent and promotional POS items; build displays to maximize visibility.
• Fill in for sales reps as needed.
• Build relationships with retail customers and identify client needs.
• Sell in new brands through account relationships.
• Regularly call on accounts to promote products and merchandising.
• Promote company brands through promotions and education.
• Ensure product visibility and shelf/promo integrity at accounts.
• Maintain and organize back stock, coolers, and displays.
