Job summary

Ben E. Keith Company seeks a Merchandiser to manage in-store brand presence, build displays, rotate stock, and communicate product value. This role operates at customer retail locations, ensuring Ben E.

Keith products are properly represented and positioned for success. You will fill in for sales reps as needed, develop relationships with retailers, and collaborate to design solutions that meet store needs and promote new brands.

Qualifications

• Draught experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and effectively use the handheld sales unit.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Able to coordinate multiple activities and follow through with commitments.
• Good oral and written communication skills and participate well in a team environment.
• Must be highly motivated and results oriented, with a strong attention to detail.
• Must be organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Fill in for sales representatives as needed.
• Build healthy relationships with retail customers.
• Collaborate with customers to design solutions that fulfill their needs.
• Leverage accounts to introduce new brands and products.
• Regularly rotate stock and merchandise displays in stores.
• Ensure maximum product visibility and brand presence at account locations.
• Maintain back stock and display areas, keeping them organized and clean.
• Attend daily meetings with Area Sales Manager to discuss market opportunities and challenges.
