Job summary

PepsiCo seeks team members to merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves and displays, and rotate products to ensure freshness and in‑stock conditions. You will move products from backrooms to sales floors and set up promotional displays to support national initiatives.

You will partner with store teams, communicate needs, and maintain accurate daily records using handheld devices during shifts that require variety, lifting, and movement throughout the day.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.
• Position requires you to drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas.
• Position may require you to work holidays.
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in‑stock conditions.
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided)
