Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Merchandiser in Chattanooga, TN, to merchandise PepsiCo brands in local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays, and ensure fresh, in-date products. You will rotate stock, move items from backroom to floor, and maintain organized backrooms.

You’ll build displays and support promotions with store teams under trainable, on-the-job guidance. The role requires driving to multiple locations, lifting 20-45 lb cases, and working a 10-12 hour shift with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided)
