Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Merchandiser to join our team. This role involves stocking shelves, setting up displays, rotating products, and ensuring proper backroom organization to support sales across multiple states.

You will build strong customer relations, execute promotions, and manage product orders and invoices. The job requires physical work, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant retail or merchandising experience may be considered in lieu of a diploma.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Fills and merchandises coolers, displays, racks, and shelves according to PBV standards.
• Sells and executes promotions.
• Creates and uses point-of-sale signage.
• Develops good customer relations.
• Services all customers as scheduled.
• Orders product and/or processes invoices.
• Cleans equipment and maintains backroom in an orderly fashion; rotates stock.
• Other duties as assigned.
