Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products, and set up displays across our NC region. You will manage cooler stocking, order products for next deliveries, and support promotions with strong customer service.

Role emphasizes fast-paced, physical work with a focus on accurate merchandising and timely execution of promotions. Friday through Monday first shift is noted, with benefits and company support outlined in the listing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED highly preferred.
• Three to five years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to perform basic financial calculations (addition/subtraction/multiplication/division).
• Must have good oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to perform heavy physical labor for extended periods.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Must be able to meet PBV driving qualifications.
• Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
• Must have a positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Must be a self-starter with excellent follow-up skills.
• Must be customer-oriented and focused.

Responsabilités

• Fills and merchandises all coolers, displays, racks, shelves, and/or vendors in PBV standards.
• Sells and executes all promotions.
• Creates and utilizes point-of-sale signage.
• Develops good customer relations.
• Services all customers as scheduled.
• Orders product and/or runs invoices.
• Cleans equipment, maintains backroom storage in an orderly fashion, and rotates stock.
• Other duties as assigned.
