Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Merchandiser to join our team in the Carolinas and beyond. This role focuses on stocking shelves, displaying products, rotating stock, and ensuring accurate orders for the next delivery.

As part of the PBV network, you will support promotions, maintain backroom organization, and build strong customer relations while performing in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED highly preferred.
• Three to five years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to perform basic financial calculations, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to perform heavy physical labor for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Must be able to meet PBV driving qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Fills and merchandises all coolers, displays, racks, shelves, and/or vendors in accordance with PBV standards.
• Sells and executes all promotions.
• Creates and utilizes point-of-sale signage.
• Develops good customer relations.
• Services all customers as scheduled.
• Orders product and /or runs invoices.
• Cleans equipment, maintains backroom storage in an orderly fashion, and rotates stock.
• Other duties as assigned.
