Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking Merchandisers to stock Coca-Cola beverages in retail accounts. You will ensure beverage sections, end caps, racks and displays are filled and rotated for freshness.

The role requires weekend work with an early start, driving a personal vehicle to multiple stores, and coordinating with account managers. You will maintain backroom inventory, use FIFO methods, and report outcomes via Teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year of work experience in grocery, retail, warehouse or related field.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally eligible to work.
• Must have a personal vehicle for use during working hours.
• Valid Driver's License and liability insurance; clean driving record.
• Experience operating pallet jacks or lifts preferred; forklift certification upon hire.
• Basic computer/technology skills; able to use a smartphone or laptop.
• Flexibility to work weekends and in the evenings or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Stock products in shelves, racks, displays, and coolers and transport between backroom and sales floor.
• Build, change, or remove product displays and maintain signage and clean space.
• Manage backroom inventory and report levels with store account manager; use FIFO practices.
• Evaluate damaged products, re-pack, rotate stock and complete required paperwork.
• Communicate outcomes and account recaps via Teams and post photos after servicing accounts.
